We offer free shipping on all our merchandise shipped in the continental U.S. We also ship world-wide. But we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. For standard U.S. shipping, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. For international orders, please allow 14-30 business days. We also offer expedited shipping to the continental U.S. Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Customers are responsible for these fees. We are not responsible for lost orders due to courier or customer error (e.g. unable to deliver/customer entered incorrect address).
Returns are only accepted on damaged items or if the wrong order is received (which is a very rare occurrence.) If this should happen, send an email with a picture of the damaged item and/or reason for return to email@example.com. We will send an email with instructions on where to return the item. Customer is responsible for return fees, BUT we will refund that cost to you to the payment source that was used to purchase the item. Allow 7-10 business days to see the refund. Sorry, but we do not accept exchanges or returns on swimwear and headwear.
