Shipping and Returns

Shipping Methods:

We ship world-wide, but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  For standard U.S. shipping, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.  For international orders, please allow 14-30 business days.  We also offer expedited shipping to the continental U.S. Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country.  The fee may vary depending on your value, country limits, and other factors.  Customers are responsible for these fees.   We are not responsible for lost orders due to courier or customer error (e.g. unable to deliver/customer entered incorrect address).


Due to our products being made-to-order, we do not accept returns.   Exceptions for returns are only accepted if an order is damaged (due to manufacturing). The item must be returned  within 14 days after delivery. After 14 days, the customer will only receive a store credit. If the item is damaged or if the wrong order is received (which is a very rare occurrence.), please send an email with a picture of the damaged item to We will send an email with instructions on where to return the item. Items must be returned unworn with tags and unwashed or dry cleaned.

 Customer is responsible for return fees. Customer may receive a store credit if he/she/they prefer. Allow 7-10 business days to see the refund. Sorry, but we do not accept exchanges or returns on swimwear and headwear. Items must be returned unworn with tags and unwashed/dry cleaned.
